YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Tristum may collect through this website, why we use it, and the choices available to U.S. visitors.

Effective: September 21, 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Tristum (“Tristum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Questions or privacy requests may be sent to one@alienone.com. This policy applies to this website and communications initiated through it; it does not govern Amazon or any other third-party service.

2. Information we collect

You may choose to provide your name, email address, message subject, and message content when contacting us. When online sending is enabled, the form sends this information securely to our website server so that we can deliver your inquiry to our contact mailbox. A necessary session cookie and limited technical records are used to protect the form against abuse. Our hosting provider may automatically receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, request date and time, referring page, and pages requested for security, delivery, and diagnostics.

3. Local storage and cookies

The website stores the fact that you dismissed the cookie notice in your browser and uses a necessary session cookie to protect contact-form submissions. These values support basic site functionality and security. As of the effective date above, we do not use advertising cookies, cross-context behavioral advertising, automated profiling, or third-party analytics on this website.

4. How we use information

We use communications to answer questions, discuss wholesale or collaboration opportunities, provide product or order support, maintain business records, and protect our legal rights. Technical information may be used to deliver and secure the website, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and understand basic service performance. We do not use information submitted through this website to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

5. How information is disclosed

We may disclose information to vendors that help us operate the website and email, professional advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction such as a merger or asset transfer. Those recipients may process information only for the relevant purpose. We do not receive your payment-card information through this website.

6. Amazon and other third parties

Product links take you to Amazon. Purchases, payments, delivery, returns, account information, and activity on Amazon are handled under Amazon’s own terms and privacy notices. We do not control third-party privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies before providing information.

7. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or process it for targeted advertising as those terms are defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws. Because we do not engage in those activities, the website does not currently provide a “Do Not Sell or Share” link. We also do not knowingly use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit. Global Privacy Control signals are consistent with these practices.

8. Retention and security

We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the relationship, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Hosting logs are retained according to the provider’s operational schedule. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information involved, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live and whether the applicable law covers Tristum, you may have rights to know or access personal information, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. You may also have the right to appeal a denied request and to receive equal service when exercising your rights. Submit a request or appeal at one@alienone.com. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law.

10. California notice

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected identifiers and contact information that you provided, internet or other electronic activity information generated when the site was requested, and the contents of communications you sent to us. We collect these categories directly from you, your browser or device, and service providers, and use and disclose them for the business purposes described above. We have not sold or shared these categories for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have no actual knowledge that we sold or shared personal information of consumers under 16.

11. Children

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our website, services, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions, requests, or concerns may be sent to one@alienone.com.
